I Am Now a Certified Kendall Partner

Here Is What That Means

December 11, 2025

Earlier this week, I was in Boston for The Kendall Project’s first Partner Certification Training. I came away as a Certified Kendall Partner, and I want to share why this matters.

The Problem This Solves

AI pilots are failing at high rates. The problem is not the technology. Most teams lack the shared language, structure, and context needed to make AI work in practice. The Kendall Framework is built to fix that.

It gives teams a clear, repeatable path forward. It helps build shared AI literacy, surface high-impact use cases, and create the context that AI systems need to produce accurate outputs. It also gives teams a solid model for running AI with clarity and confidence.

What Happened in Boston

Over two days, I worked alongside a cohort of enterprise consultants, professional trainers, and Scrum coaches. We worked through the full Kendall Framework, covering teaching methods, context sourcing, and AI operations best practices.

This was not a passive training. We practiced delivering the content, pitching client engagements, and applying the framework through teach-backs, role plays, and live exercises. By the end, everyone in the room was certified and ready to deliver.

What I Can Now Do for Clients

As a Certified Kendall Partner, I can deliver AI literacy programs, source context and use cases, guide teams into AI operations, and build ongoing AI adoption programs inside client companies. I can do this for organizations of every size, from companies just starting their AI journey to larger teams that need a scalable operating model.

The market for this work is large. The space is wide open.

What This First Cohort Represents

Our group is the foundation of the Kendall Partner Network. We will help define delivery standards and set the quality bar for AI adoption work going forward. That is a responsibility I take seriously.

Over the coming months, I will begin delivering workshops and launching client projects using The Kendall Framework. The goal is straightforward: give every team a safe, structured path to real AI adoption.

I am proud to be part of the first cohort. The work begins now.
